Devine Counselling is a private practice led by Siza, an experienced Psychotherapist and Accredited Mental Health Social Worker. Clients work directly with the same practitioner throughout their counselling journey, allowing for consistency, trust, and continuity of care.

At Devine Counselling, support is available for individuals and couples experiencing a range of emotional, psychological, and life challenges. Counselling is tailored to your needs and delivered in a safe, non-judgmental space.

Support is available for:

  • Individual Counselling – support for stress, anxiety, trauma, grief, and life transitions

  • Couples Counselling – support with communication, relationship challenges, and connection

  • Victim Services Counselling – trauma-informed support for individuals impacted by domestic or family violence

  • Mental Health Care Plans (Medicare) – counselling for eligible clients with a GP referral

  • Workers’ Compensation Support – counselling for work-related psychological injury or stress

  • Children and young people- to safely explore emotions, build resilience, and feel supported during life’s challenges

What to Expect

Starting counselling can feel uncertain, especially if it’s your first time. Sessions at Devine Counselling are designed to feel calm, respectful, and supportive from the very beginning.

What you can expect:

  • A confidential and non-judgmental environment

  • Sessions that move at your pace

  • A trauma-informed, client-centred approach

  • Practical strategies alongside emotional support

Sessions are available in person and via telehealth, with flexibility to suit your needs.

You don’t need to know exactly what to say or where to start — that’s something you can work through together in session.
